Mexican immigration authorities (INM) have implemented a pilot project to eliminate the Forma Migratoria Multiple (FMM) in airports across Mexico. Under the new pilot program, INM stamps the visitor’s passport with the period of authorized stay instead of issuing a paper FMM.
You are still required to fill in and show Forma Migratoria Multiple (FMM) when crossing Mexico border by land.
